Main responsibilities
- Manage material and cooperation procurement
- Execute monthly supply chain material cover as per Logistics protocol
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers including evaluation of quantity, quality and timeliness of components supplies on regular base
- Manage return of empty packaging to suppliers and NOK parts.
- Check, evaluate and make actions to maintain target raw material inventory value
- Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies in field of raw material stock and transport
- Maintain records of purchasing documents and other important data
- Work with team members and sourcing team and procurement team leader to complete duties as needed
Main competences
- Raise and keep updated Purchase orders or Call Offs, Order Acknowledgment, Delivery confirmation, Supplier delivery schedule, Approve vendor invoices, Communication with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Setup of logistics protocol with suppliers
- Inventories of components and raw material stock control
Requirements
- Experience in procurement/logistics field 2-5 years
- Education: High school degree or equivalent
- Languages: Czech mother language + fluent in spoken and written English
- MRP and logistics standards knowledge
- Very good written and communication skills, ability to verbally communicate to vendors
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
